Job Summary
We are seeking a Full-Time Hourly Registered Dietitian at a corporate site in Greer, SC with Canteen!
Key Responsibilities:
•    Collaborate with the Executive Chef to create menu offerings that adhere to the UK Food Standards Agency's Traffic Light Labeling System for nutrient standards.
•    Educate and train staff on general food knowledge, food allergy management, customer service, and waste reduction.
•    Perform monthly recipe audits to verify nutritional accuracy.
•    Engage in monthly wellness promotions and Teaching Kitchens.
•    Ensure adherence to all relevant food safety and nutrition regulations.
•    Assess and adjust dietary programs to enhance their effectiveness.
•    Advise customers on healthier menu options.
•    Keep detailed records of menu offerings and sales of healthy food items.
•    Stay informed about the latest research and trends in nutrition and dietetics.
Qualifications:
•    Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian or Dietitian Technician, by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) required
•    Licensed by the South Carolina State Dietetics Licensing/Credentialing Board
•    One (1) year of food service experience, preferred
•    Possess the necessary skills to effectively utilize Microsoft office applications and nutrient analysis programming
