Job Description
Job Summary
The primary role is to assist in the implementation of the Mission Solutions Quality program, including the Standards & Procedures and Management/Self-Assessment processes. Position may require occasional business travel. Both remote and home office candidates will be considered.
Principle Job Duties & Responsibilities
• Manage the Management/Self-Assessment program.
• Perform independent Management Self-Assessments and communicate findings and recommendations to management.
• Prepare training materials and train personnel as necessary on quality program.
• Develop standard surveillance and inspection checklists based upon Fluor/contract requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of project audit schedules and audit reports, tracking non-conformances, and verifying effective corrective action.
• Assist in development of project-specific Quality Control Plans and Site Quality Manual.
• Facilitate implementation of the Mission Solutions Operating System Implementation Plan (OSIP).
• Support proposal activities as required.
• Support identification, documentation, and implementation of lessons learned.
• Perform assigned administrative, technical, or other job functions as required for the proper control of quality programs.
• Maintain and utilize the quality databases (Quickbase/SharePoint).
• Facilitation of the Mission Solutions Standards & Procedures program.
• Development and revision of practices, guidelines, and templates utilized in the S&P process.
• Organize and prioritize a variety of projects and multiple tasks in an effective and timely manner, set priorities, and meet deadlines.

Basic Job Requirements
• Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and four (4) years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to eight (8) years if non-degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors
• Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines
• Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner
Other Job Requirements
• Requires computer skills and proficiency using email, Microsoft Office, or specialized applications as necessary to perform assigned job functions.
• Database application development and maintenance.
• Moderate leadership and decision-making skills.
• U.S. citizen preferred.
Salary Range
84,000 to 146,000
Market Rate
The market rate for the role is typically at the mid-point of the salary range; however, variations in final salary are determined by additional factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, relevant years of experience, geographic location, internal pay equity, and prevailing market conditions for the specific role.
