Sales Development Associate
The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter who can identify influencers and key decision-makers within accounts. You will discover qualified opportunities by responding to inbound interests and targeted outbound prospects to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.
Summary/Objective The Sales Development Associate focuses on growing the number of qualified Employer Sponsors interested in participating in BDV Solution’s EB-3 unskilled Visa program as well as Employers who might potentially use other categories like H2B, TN, E-3, etc., to enhance their workforce needs. This position is responsible for reaching out to business prospects matching the ideal Sponsor profile defined by the company, qualifying interested leads, and assisting and maintaining sponsor relationships.
Responsibilities
• Leverage a sales intelligence platform (i.e., Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.) to generate lists of prospects matching the ideal Sponsor profile targeted by the company.
• Generate interest among targeted business prospects through multi-channel (i.e., email, social media, phone, etc.) outbound prospecting campaigns.
• Introduces BDV’s program to interested prospects and qualifies new business opportunities.
• Transfer new qualified business opportunities to the Director for management and closing.
• Compiles pertinent and specific documentation required by BDV and the US Government for the EB-3 unskilled Visa program
• Updates Sponsor information and job offerings sold in YOW and transitions process to Global Mobility team for follow-up and next steps
• Collaborates with internal employees to address issues and concerns around the EB-3 process
• Occasionally, travels to Sponsors’ various facilities to learn about specific job description(s) in the offering while assessing culture and work environment.
• Identifies new sales partners and growth opportunities through market analysis.
• Travels as needed to trade shows and other industry events to engage in sales and prospects.
• Performs all other duties and special projects as assigned

Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree required 2 plus years of applicable experience, specifically sales or business development preferred.
CRM experience preferred

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer and telephone and business travel of approximately 10%.
