Description Safety sensitive position regulated under the Dept. of Transportation, responsible for driving transit passenger vehicles on designated routes.

Examples of Duties Primary essential functions include but are not limited to:
• Drives Bus and/or Trolley as/when assigned;
• Provides courteous and timely service to transit and trolley customers.
Typical Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS (Required at time of application):
• High school diploma or GED; OR 3 months experience as bus driver or similar position.  Equivalent amount of education/experience acceptable.
• Valid driver's license; Valid CDL, Class B or higher, with P endorsement preferred at time of application, and required after hire.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 lbs., assist disabled passengers, and perform all other demands of the job satisfactorily.
• Minimum age 18
