Corporate Controller
A rapidly growing company backed by a private equity group seeking an experienced Corporate Controller. This role offers the opportunity to lead financial operations and reporting across our organization, ensuring the accuracy of financial data while guiding our growth.
As Corporate Controller, you will manage a finance team and collaborate closely with executives and our private equity partners to provide strategic financial insights. Key responsibilities include month-end closings, budgeting, forecasting, and overseeing acquisitions, focusing on driving financial due diligence and integration.
We are looking for candidates with at least 8 years of experience in corporate accounting, finance, or financial management and strong skills in financial reporting, team leadership, and NetSuite proficiency. A solid understanding of GAAP and experience managing acquisitions are essential.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, skilled in communicating complex financial data effectively, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
