What impact you’ll make
As a member of the Hot Gas Path, Rotors, and Airfoils Supplier Quality Engineering Team, you will be an active contributor to delivering on our Vernova purpose by enabling and driving our team of external suppliers to deliver the high-quality hardware for our Gas Turbine fleet to power the ENERGY TRANSITION.
Job Description
What you’ll do
• Drive quality for assigned suppliers, including quality plan implementation.
• Select suppliers through qualification processes.
• Own supplier results, especially driving improvements through the supplier scorecards.
• Own supplier audits, ensuring compliance, and driving improvement plans where needed.
What You’ll Bring (Basic Qualifications)
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Quality in a manufacturing or supply chain setting).
• Eligible to work with US Export Controlled material (US Citizen or Permanent Resident)

• You take ownership of your responsibilities while seeking coaching and expertise from the broader team as you grow in technical understanding.
Additional Notes
• This role will require approximately 25% travel to our vendors, primarily domestically
• This role is primarily based on our Greenville, SC campus but has flexibility for hybrid work as defined with your leader (approximately 80% on site/20% remote to start, with room to grow as you become more experienced in the role)

For purposes of complying with U.S. pay transparency requirements, the base pay range for this position is $72,700 - $96,90000 USD Annual.
The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This Professional Band position is also eligible for a variable incentive bonus of 5% .
• The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
