Job Description:
As the Global HRIS Manager/Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's global HR information systems (HRIS). Your focus will be on ensuring system stability and meeting HR business needs across global branches and manufacturing facilities. Additionally, you will explore the application of AI in HR, driving the intelligent evolution of HRIS systems. You will work closely with global HR teams, IT departments, and third-party HRIS providers to implement, utilize, and optimize HRIS projects continuously.
Key Responsibilities:
Global HRIS System Planning and Implementation: • Develop strategic plans for the global HRIS system to align with the company's long-term goals while integrating cutting-edge AI trends.
• Lead the deployment, upgrades, and maintenance of HRIS systems globally, including system configuration, data migration, and user training, ensuring high performance and stability.
• Collaborate with regional HR teams to gather and translate business needs into system functionalities, emphasizing AI capabilities.
• Promote integration between HRIS and other company information systems to enable seamless data sharing and business coordination.
Business Process Optimization and Automation: • Enhance HR management processes using HRIS functionalities to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Introduce automation and intelligent tools to reduce manual work, minimize errors, and increase employee satisfaction.
User Training and Support: • Conduct training sessions for HR teams and other departments on HRIS usage, boosting adoption and operational expertise.
• Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting services to ensure smooth system usage.
System Maintenance and Optimization: • Oversee the daily maintenance and monitoring of the global HRIS, resolving operational issues promptly to ensure system stability and security.
• Analyze system performance regularly and suggest improvements, incorporating AI technology to enhance responsiveness and intelligence.
• Adjust configurations and workflows in response to changing business needs, ensuring flexibility for AI applications.
Data Management and Analysis: • Use HRIS data analytics tools alongside AI algorithms to generate HR reports and statistics, providing smart decision-making support to leadership.
• Perform regular data cleaning and backups, ensuring security and compliance with AI data privacy standards.
Cross Departmental Collaboration: • Partner with IT, Finance, Legal, and other departments to ensure successful implementation and execution of HRIS projects.
• Coordinate resources, create project plans, and monitor progress and budgets to deliver quality results on time.
• Maintain close communication with global HR teams to understand their needs, offer technical support, and share AI-driven HRIS insights and practices.
Data Security and Compliance Management: • Safeguard HRIS data, understanding international data protection regulations and ensuring compliance across regions to prevent data breaches.
• Conduct regular data security audits and risk assessments, addressing potential vulnerabilities promptly.
• Work with the Legal department to maintain HRIS compliance and minimize legal risks.
Continuous Learning and Innovation: • Stay informed about HRIS developments and technology trends, continually enhancing your expertise.
• Drive innovation in HRIS applications, delivering competitive HR management solutions for the company.
Qualifications:
Education: • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields.
Work Experience: • At least 3 years of HRIS management experience, familiar with planning, deployment, operations, and optimization processes.
• Experience with HRIS systems in multinational corporations or large organizations is preferred.
• Familiarity with mainstream HRIS platforms like ADP and Biznus is an advantage.
• Knowledge or practical experience in applying AI in HR management is preferred.
Technical Skills: • Proficiency in HRIS functionalities and workflows, with the ability to handle system configurations and data management independently.
• Strong data analysis skills, capable of leveraging HRIS data and AI algorithms for intelligent decision-making.
• Hands-on experience or knowledge of AI technologies.
