1st shift / Mon-Fri / 8am – 5pm
$18 - $20/hour (based on experience)

PrideStaff Greenville is seeking an experienced and detailed a temporary Contract Admin / Client Support Manger on behalf of our client in the Greenville, SC.
This Contract Administrator will be responsible for providing outstanding support of delivering exceptional customer service and part tracking for our internal and external customers. The representative will complete a variety of tasks to ensure that the calibration lab operations run smoothly and efficiently in tracking incoming and outgoing gages for our largest customers.

As a Contract Admin / Client Support Manger you will: • Track and review list of gages with calibration testing expiring and schedule for recalibration
• Track equipment/assets received and returned in the calibration lab using a web-based database application (Epicor)
• Schedule vendors to pickup and drop-off equipment
• Schedule on-site calibrations
• Communicating with internal and external customers for information and follow-up questions concerning calibration work orders.
• Support customers expedite requests
• Update procedures and work instructions
• Assist with internal and external audits
Contract Admin / Client Support Manger candidates will have: • Strong communications skills via phone calls and emails
• Organizational mind set – Track and produce multiple projects and lists
• Customer service driven to work through issues and resolutions with internal and external customers
• Experience with the Microsoft products; Word, Excell, Explorer, etc.
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently
• Results-driven with focus on delivering customer satisfaction
• Ability to demonstrate initiative
• Works well under pressure
• Ability to obtain security clearance.
• Experience with Epicor (preferred)
• Previous experience with a calibration lab (preferred)
