**Job Description:**
- Provide specialty professional nursing care for a variety of medical and surgical patients.
- Utilize the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation according to professional standards and state regulations.
- Work in either the 3SE, 4Med, or 5Surg department.
- Maintain a maximum 6:1 patient-to-nurse ratio in these units.
- Build relationships with patients and foster a positive and collaborative environment.
