Bilingual Customer Service Representative

This is a full-time position Mon - Fri from 10:30 AM to 7 PM and has pay starting at $18hr.

Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat in both English and Spanish.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information in a clear and professional manner.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer needs.
• Ensure all customer interactions are documented in our system with high attention to detail.
• Negotiating and processing payments, utilizing the proper negotiation skills.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Fluency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• A problem-solver who is passionate about helping others and delivering exceptional service.
