We are seeking a Construction Project Manager for a team in Fountain Inn, SC! This person will work from the office most Mondays and Fridays to meet and discuss projects with their team, and during this company's busy season, they'll be traveling overnight between Tuesday-Thursday to the client's location to oversee upfitting and renovation within 2-3 hours from the upstate! This is a direct hire position and will include a salary, benefits, per diem during travel, and a company cell phone and laptop. Duties: - Create and review project proposals - Determine timelines, budget, and staffing requirements for project - Establish steps for each stage of the project - Gather and finalize any necessary paperwork for various projects - Hire and coordinate subcontractors - Assign duties to all parties involved with the project and follow up on deadlines - Oversee each step of the project and review status reports - Modify project as issues arise and communicate with the customer in a timely manner throughout - Prepare reports and other necessary documentation - Travel to client location and stay overnight during the week to oversee project Qualifications: - Experience as a Construction Project Manager required - Fine with overnight travel to client sites during the week during the busy season - Able to work in the office Monday-Friday 8-5 in Fountain Inn in between projects, during the slower season, or at the start of the week prior to traveling for projects Compensation: - $50-$70k/year - Per diem while traveling - Benefits - 1st of the month following 60 days - 401k with company match - 2 weeks of PTO (increase at 3 years) - 6 Paid holidays - Referral program (up to $1000 bonus) - Birthday bonus PLEASE NOTE THIS POSITION REQUIRES HEAVY OVERNIGHT TRAVEL DURING THE SPRING/SUMMER SEASONS, BUT ONLY FOR A FEW NIGHTS A WEEK AND NOT OVER THE WEEKENDS. LESS TRAVEL REQUIRED TOWARD THE BEGINNING AND END OF THE YEAR.
