This is a in person position. Must reside in the Greenville/Spartanburg area.
Developing, planning, implementing, managing and maintaining all IT programs and applications for the medical clinic. Maintaining, managing and configuring devices. Managing updates, alerts, and backup systems. Monitoring, maintaining, and managing fax, voice mail, phone, and software servers to ensure operations perform efficiently. Performing after hours technical support for VPN client and eClinical Works system. Proactively troubleshooting and identifying issues. Analyzing system's hardware and software issues and developing solutions. Interpreting system user requirements and translate into functional application and specifications. Writing and editing technical documentation. Training programs to educate staff on applications of all programs. Providing back up and coverage for special projects assigned by manager.
1.Maintaining, managing and configuring multiple devices including:
Cisco, Ubiquiti, Extreme Switches, Sonicwall, and Synology backup storage devices.
2. Analyze and develop technical solutions for hardware and software problems. Create, train, update, user manuals. Provide applications and software training. Coordinate
3. Video Website and eClinical Works training as needed.
4. Update PMC patient portal, website, Daktronic Venus 1500 Simpsonville Signage, VOIP Phones, and Call Sweet Reporting software.
5.Maintain, manage, monitor, and update Microsoft's Windows (2003-2016); VM Ware v-sphere, eClinical, Fax, and Quickbook servers.
6.Maintain, manage, monitor, and update fax, voice mail, phone and software related programs pertinent to individual device needs. Assist and maintain other related devices as needed; such as assist as first level support to Radiology systems.
7.Provide at home after hour Technical Support for VPN and ECW.
8.Provide after hour server and eClinical updates, patches, and hotfixes to applications.
Research and recommend hardware and software to support business goals.
9.Perform diagnostics and refer complex issues to next level of support. (i.e. eClinincal works, Charter, Med-Data Services, Primeline, Quickbooks, & Radiology Modalities)
10. Purchase, install, and configure computers, printers, and scanners, etc.
