Travel : 25% (primarily local, with potential for travel up to NJ)
Job Summary
The IT Technical Project Lead II will oversee IT aspects of multiple construction-related projects, primarily supporting North American infrastructure initiatives. Responsibilities include managing connectivity projects, coordinating between teams, and presenting project updates to stakeholders. This role requires hands-on project management expertise, especially within IT infrastructure, along with solid Microsoft and Agile skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead project management for IT construction projects, overseeing up to 3 projects simultaneously.
• Drive IT infrastructure efforts across building projects, focusing on connectivity, server management, and passive IT infrastructure.
• Align and coordinate various teams, present progress to internal and external stakeholders, and ensure project milestones are met.
• Travel up to 25% to construction sites, mainly local, with some out-of-state as required.
Qualifications
• Must-Have : Project management experience, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and knowledge of Agile methodology.
• Nice to Have : Experience in construction project management, IT infrastructure, and Confluence.
• Education : BA/BS in Computer Science, Business, or related experience in an Enterprise IT setting.
• Onboarding : Initial 100% onsite presence; minimum 2 days onsite per week post-onboarding.
