We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts, overseeing membership growth for Revolt and maximizing sponsorships and ticket sales for RoofCON. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing organization with a mission to create lasting impact and legacy within the industry.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Strategy:
• Lead and manage the sales team, setting daily, weekly, and monthly goals to achieve Revolt membership growth and RoofCON revenue targets.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for both Revolt Mastermind and RoofCON.
• Create targeted sales campaigns for events, online promotions, and direct outreach efforts.
Event-Based Selling:
• Maximize sales during RoofCON by driving ticket sales, vendor spaces, and sponsorships.
• Lead the team in selling Revolt memberships at events, with a focus on converting prospects attending the 8 Figure Masterclass at RoofCON.
• Manage the sales process for RoofCON sponsors and vendors, ensuring packages are sold out ahead of the event.
Team Management:
• Recruit, train, and mentor sales reps to consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
• Provide leadership, performance feedback, and ongoing coaching to drive team success.
• Create a positive, goal-driven culture that inspires top-level performance.
Relationship Management:
• Build and nurture relationships with contractors, vendors, and industry partners to ensure long-term growth for both Revolt and RoofCON.
• Work closely with key partners such as suppliers (e.g., Beacon Roofing Supply) to drive engagement and event participation.
Collaboration with Marketing & Leadership:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling sales materials, campaigns, and offers for both Revolt and RoofCON.
• Work with company leadership to ensure alignment between sales efforts and company objectives.
• Provide regular sales reports and insights to inform strategic decision-making.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
• Track and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure goals are met.
• Provide regular reports on sales numbers, lead conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness to leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in events, conferences, or the home services industry.
• Proven track record of managing and leading sales teams to exceed revenue goals.
• Experience with event-based sales , including ticket sales, sponsorships, and vendor relations.
• Familiarity with the roofing and home services industry and an understanding of industry pain points.
• Excellent communication skills , both written and verbal, with the ability to motivate teams and build strong client relationships.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and sales tracking software.
• Willingness to travel to industry events, conferences, and Revolt retreats.
