What we're looking for: Hoffmann Counseling Services is looking for a Program Supervisor to provide direction for psychotherapy and rehabilitative services within Hoffmann Counseling Services. This position ensures that the integrity of Hoffmann Counseling Services includes compliance with policy, regulations, accreditation standards, and licensing requirements. This position is also responsible for preparing and ensuring that budgetary goals are met, providing administrative and clinical supervision for employees of outpatient services, and developing external referral sources.
Starting Pay: $85,000 annually. Salary depends on qualifications and experience
Responsibilities
• Responsible for overall treatment services delivered to all outpatient clients.
• Assists with the development of the annual program budget.
• Monitors productivity and client no-show benchmarks to ensure budgetary goals are met.
• Coordinate referrals and clinical scheduling for service
• Provide monthly in-person administrative supervision for all program staff.
• Provides clinical supervision to meet licensure, agency, and regulatory compliance.
• Foster external partnerships and agency relationships to develop referral sources
Qualifications
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Master's or doctoral degree in psychology, social work, or related human service field.
• Qualifies as a Mental Health Professional in Minnesota via independent licensure as LP, LMFT, LPCC, or LICSW.
• A minimum of 2 years experience post-independent licensure in outpatient mental healthcare.
• Experience and/or training in providing clinical supervision.
