Role Overview:
STARK RFID is looking for motivated Event Operations staff to support our high-profile sports and entertainment clients around the world. This hands-on role will have you working directly with STARK’s advanced RFID technology to ensure smooth, efficient operations at some of the world’s most renowned venues. Key Responsibilities:
•   Manage event setup and operations using STARK’s RFID technology solutions.
•   Collaborate with venue and client teams to ensure seamless event access and credential management.
•   Troubleshoot and resolve any RFID-related issues swiftly to ensure uninterrupted event operations.
•   Assist in configuring and deploying equipment across various locations.
•   Monitor event flow and patron engagement using real-time data for enhanced client experience.
•   Support post-event analysis to improve service and operational processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
•   Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership.
•   Quick learner with the ability to adapt in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
•   Technically savvy or interested in learning about RFID and event technology.
•   Comfortable with domestic and international travel.
•   Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in team settings.
•   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interfacing with clients and team members.
