Pediatric Dentist
NEEDED:  Compassionate pediatric dentist with a conservative patient care and treatment philosophy.
We are looking for a kind and compassionate pediatric dentist to join our team at Tatum Pediatric Dentistry. The brand new location for our established practice is located right at the border of Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Paradise Valley. We are known and sought out by our patients and referring doctors for our caring and conservative philosophy and approach to patient care.
Feels like a private practice…because it is!
We are not a corporate group. The pediatric dentist owner operates the practice. Approximately 85% of our patients are private insurance or cash pay, so you can see fewer patients while collecting the same amount as at many other practices that have a heavier AHCCCS (Medicaid) population. Quality patient care and experience is our focus.
Nitrous oxide, calm and effective oral conscious sedations, and office-based GA as needed. TV’s on the ceiling above all chairs. iPads and treehouse in the waiting area. CO2 laser for frenectomies. All-ceramic crowns for anteriors (no more strip crowns) and posteriors (along with SSC’s). Glass ionomers. Dryshields. RDH on staff. Extremely low staff turn over. Drama-free office with a cheerful team and environment.
Who likes getting paid?
• Guaranteed $1,300/day or 35% of collections, whichever is greater. Potential to earn $1900+/day. Exams, xrays, cleanings, fluoride, and all treatments are included in collections.
• 401(k) and profit sharing are offered as well.
• 4-5 day work week, no weekends or major holidays.
• Free access to on-site fitness center, true story.
