Territory Sales Manager - MN
BPI is hiring for a Territory Sales Manager for the Mankato, MN and Spirit Lake, IA area. Pay is dependent on experience and comes with a salary and uncapped commission.

General duties include, but are not limited to:
• Responsible for the sale of the complete product line within the geographic area
• Maintain current business and identify new opportunities with current and new customer base including lumber dealers, co-ops and other distribution channels.
• Build business relationship with customer base to become their trusted industry expert
• Quick response to calls, questions and customer complaints with prompt follow thru
• Working with management team and assigned inside sales to provide product, program and pricing strategies for customers
• Educate customers on new products or lines of current products
• Monitor competition by gathering market info on pricing, products, logistics and programs
• Travel expectations approximately 50-70% of time
Skills & Qualifications:
• A proven track record of sales success with a background in building materials is preferred
• Passion for sales, outgoing, and comfortable meeting new customer
• Desire to work in a team atmosphere
• Negotiation and closing skills
• Excel in customer service; have a friendly and positive attitude
• Able to multi-task and prioritize in a very fast-paced sales environment
• Computer experience and math skills
• Three to five years’ experience in sales is preferred
• Comfortable working independently and with an inside sales team
