Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Chef at White Wine & Butter Catering in Greer/Taylors, SC. The Head Chef will be responsible for assisting with overseeing the kitchen operations, designing menus as needed, creating innovative dishes, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring high-quality food production. Additionally, the Head Chef will collaborate with the culinary team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
Qualifications
• Culinary Arts, Menu Development (not required) , and Food Preparation skills
• Experience in leading and managing kitchen staff
• Creativity and innovation in culinary creations
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Formal culinary education or equivalent experience
