Responsibilities Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls with excellent phone etiquette. Create/manage routing for our drivers. Maintain organized filing systems and ensure all office documents are up to date. Communicate effectively with clients, both in person and over the phone, ensuring a positive experience. Maintain all social media for the business. Enter information into Quickbooks. Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support the overall efficiency of the office. Qualifications Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar clerical role is preferred. Familiarity with Quickbooks is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent time management skills to prioritize daily responsibilities effectively. Strong communication skills with a focus on professionalism and customer service. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
