Utilize software tools to track appointments, patient interactions, and follow-ups. Engage with patients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service throughout the appointment process. Assist in business development efforts by identifying potential leads and opportunities within the market. Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and appointment details for reporting purposes. Follow up with patients post-appointment to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction. Requirements Proven experience in customer service. Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn.
