Franchise Business Consultant-Pickleball Kingdom The Business Consultant will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of multi-club operations, ensuring an elevated level of customer satisfaction, and driving the growth and success of our facility. Objectives of this role ⦁ Collaborate with Franchisee Owners in the development of performance goals and ensuring operational execution and excellence ⦁ Maximize efficiency and productivity through extensive process analysis and interdepartmental collaboration ⦁ Establish and measure KPI performance ⦁ Set strategic goals for operational efficiency and increased productivity ⦁ New Club opening support ⦁ Work with project managers on new system implementation adhering to Franchise requirements and operational needs ⦁ Analyze current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement where necessary ⦁ Organize and communicate intake process for Franchisee operational requests to ensure it is aligned with the brand ⦁ Operational Leadership: Manage day-to-day operations of Pickleball Kingdom, including staff supervision, facility maintenance, and scheduling of events and activities. ⦁ Facility Maintenance: Ensure the club's facilities and equipment are well-maintained and in excellent condition. *Community Engagement: Foster relationships within the pickleball community, local businesses, and organizations to promote the club and the sport. Preferred skills and qualifications ⦁ Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business administration or related field ⦁ Experience in developing budgets and business plans ⦁ Superior communication and follow through on executed plans ⦁ Strong working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics, using business management software (ex: SAP, ERP, CRM) Required skills and qualifications ⦁ 5 or more years in a field leadership role in overseeing multiple locations in Franchising or related to our industry ⦁ Masterful organizational, communication, and leadership skills, backed by previous professional success ⦁ Superior knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including finance, customer service, production, and employee management ⦁ Proven ability to plan and manage operational processes for maximum efficiency and productivity ⦁ Ability to streamline or implement structures and roles that boost speed and efficiency while supporting rapidly shifting business demands Accountability Factors ⦁ Club's P&L ⦁ Club's membership totals ⦁ Travel up to 60%-Domestic Salary Range: $70-80K annually Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Ability to Relocate: Gilbert, AZ 85297: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
