Most flights are planned well in advance, typically 1 to 4 weeks out, and occur mostly during the week. About half of the flights are drop-off and return, while the other half may include short overnights, rarely exceeding a week. The position is full-time with no set schedule, but pilots are expected to remain available to fly as needed and maintain the aircraft in a ready condition. Responsibilities: Assist the PIC in managing flights under both Part 91 operations. Safely operate King Air 350 aircraft in compliance with company policies and FAA regulations. Execute flight plans efficiently, ensuring on-time departures and arrivals. Communicate effectively with crew members, air traffic control, and passengers. Conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections of the aircraft. Maintain accurate records of flight activities, including fuel consumption and maintenance issues. Participate in recurrent training and stay current with all required certifications. Adhere to company safety procedures and contribute to a positive safety culture. Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable flight experience. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends Maintain readiness to fly on short notice, although trips are typically scheduled in advance. Benefits: Competitive salary.
