If you’re looking for a career with a company that values professionalism and teamwork, this is the perfect fit! ideal candidates for Co/Captain will meet the requirements listed below: ATP - Multi-Engine and Instrument Rated First or Second Class Medical Type Rated: BE-300(Preferred) Total Time: 4000 Hours Multi-Engine - 3000 Hours PIC Turbine - 2000 Hours Time in Type: 500 Hours Residency within 1 hour of base Authorization to work in the US For Second In Command (SIC) ATP - Multi-Engine and Instrument Rated First or Second Class Medical Type Rated: BE-300(Preferred) Total Time: 2000 Hours Multi-Engine - 1000 Hours PIC Turbine - 500 Hours Time in Type: 100 Hours Residency within 1 hour of base Authorization to work in the US Salary: Competitive salary based on experience Schedule : Flying Time: Expect an average of 300 hours a year. Most flights are planned well in advance, typically 1 to 4 weeks out, and occur mostly during the week. About half of the flights are drop-off and return, while the other half may include short overnights, rarely exceeding a week. The position is full-time with no set schedule, but pilots are expected to remain available to fly as needed and maintain the aircraft in a ready condition. Responsibilities: Assist the PIC in managing flights under both Part 91 operations. Safely operate King Air 350 aircraft in compliance with company policies and FAA regulations. Execute flight plans efficiently, ensuring on-time departures and arrivals. Communicate effectively with crew members, air traffic control, and passengers. Conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections of the aircraft. Maintain accurate records of flight activities, including fuel consumption and maintenance issues. Participate in recurrent training and stay current with all required certifications. Adhere to company safety procedures and contribute to a positive safety culture. Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable flight experience. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends Maintain readiness to fly on short notice, although trips are typically scheduled in advance. Benefits: Competitive salary.
