The Café Manager is responsible the management of the main cafeteria at Self Regional Healthcare, to include marketing and advertising. Train, manage and motivate team members. Ensures the cafeteria maximizes revenue and minimize cost. Manage inventory levels and requisitioning. Analyze sales figures to investigate ways to increase sales, improve efficiency and customer satisfaction, to include communicate of findings with key leadership for appropriate planning. Stay abreast of market trends and customer expectations. Upholds high standards of quality, customer service, service recovery, health and safety. Develop, monitor and report out PI for retail areas with a focus on quality, customer services and DHEC, DNV, OSHA adherence. Ensures equipment is kept in excellent working condition and facility is kept in good repair. Manages register and cash handling system
