Position Overview: The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and strategic growth of the branch. This role is akin to running a franchise, requiring a high level of autonomy, leadership, and accountability. The Branch Manager will lead a team, drive sales, manage client relationships, and ensure operational excellence while maintaining a strong focus on company values. Key Responsibilities: Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring all functions run smoothly and efficiently. Develop and implement branch strategies to achieve company goals, including revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion. Maintain full responsibility for the branch's P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance monitoring. Team Leadership and Development: Hire, train, mentor, and develop branch staff, ensuring high levels of engagement, performance, and retention. Foster a culture that aligns with company values, promoting responsive, compassionate, innovative, and integrity-driven service. Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members. Sales and Business Development: Drive sales activities to generate new business opportunities and expand the branch's client base. Oversee client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities. Work collaboratively with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies and marketing initiatives. Community and Customer Engagement: Represent the branch and the company in the community, building strong relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community leaders. Ensure a high level of customer service, promptly addressing and anticipating client needs and concerns with empathy and professionalism. Recruiting and Talent Management: Support recruiting activities by engaging with key clients, understanding their needs, and matching them with the best talent. Utilize innovative recruiting strategies to attract and retain top candidates, maintaining a high level of responsiveness and service integrity.
