Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Automotive Glass Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, repair, and replacement of automotive glass in a variety of vehicles. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work with various tools and equipment. The Automotive Glass Technician will ensure that all work is performed to the highest standards of safety and quality. Duties Install, repair, and replace automotive glass components including windshields, side windows, and rear windows. Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively to complete installations. Conduct vehicle maintenance checks to ensure proper functioning of glass systems. Assemble components as necessary for repairs or replacements. Detail vehicles post-service to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to enhance service efficiency and quality. Stay updated on advancements in automotive glass technology, including ADAS (Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems). Skills Proficient in vehicle maintenance and automotive repair techniques. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using power tools and hand tools. Ability to troubleshoot issues related to auto glass installations and repairs. Experience working with ADAS systems is a plus. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
