Job Description: Join our dynamic team at our off-road custom shop! We are looking for an experienced and passionate technician to build, modify and customize Jeep vehicles for extreme off-road performance. If you have a strong mechanical background and love working on custom builds, this is the perfect opportunity. Responsibilities: Perform custom modifications om Jeep vehicles, including suspension lifts, tire upgrades, bumpers, winches, and other off road enhancement Install aftermarket performance parts such as off-road lighting, skid plates and differential lockers Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on Jeeps, including engine work, brake systems ,and driver train adjustments Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues on modified vehicles Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate custom solutions Ensure all modifications, meet safety and performance standards Keep up to date with the latest off-road equipment, trends, and technologies Qualifications: Extensive experience with off-rad vehicle customization, particularly with Jeeps Strong knowledge of automotive systems, including suspension, driver train and electrical systems Proficiency with tools and equipment used in vehicle modification and repair Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship Ability to work independently and in a team environment Welding and fabrication skills are a plus Valid driver's license and clean driving record This position is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work and is passionate about turning Jeeps into off-road beast Job Type: Full-time Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Schedule: Monday to Friday License/Certification: Driver's License (Preferred) Work Location: In person
