Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to oversee daily operations and lead our teams to success. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a passion for driving results. This role requires effective communication and the capacity to manage various aspects of the business, ensuring a smooth workflow and high levels of customer satisfaction. Duties Manager will oversee 2 stores in Muncie, IN and Greenville, OH, with a 3rd location to be added soon. Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff to ensure efficient operations. Manage inventory control processes, including ordering, stocking, and tracking inventory levels. Utilize POS systems for sales transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures. Train and mentor team members on best practices in customer service and operational efficiency. Maintain high standards of phone etiquette when interacting with customers and vendors. Conduct regular assessments of team performance and provide constructive feedback. Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms for products and services. Manager would be required to pass a pre-employment drug test and have a good driving record. Manager will be issued a company vehicle to travel between stores to perform essential job functions, and to deliver supplies. Requirements Proven experience in a managerial role or similar position. Strong supervising skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in inventory management systems and practices. Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures. Strong math skills for managing budgets, forecasts, and reports.
