Condux Tesmec, Inc. offers the most advanced and comprehensive line of stringing equipment in the world and is seeking a Full Time Accounting and Office Administrator to join our team! Company: Currently a team of 11 employees with a fresh, remodeled office in Mankato, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting and Office Administrator. This full-time role encompasses a variety of responsibilities, combining both accounting, office, and human resources functions. The ideal candidate will be capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. The Company sells equipment for the installation of Overhead & Underground Transmission & Distribution Powerlines in US & Canada. We are part of a worldwide group active in design, manufacture and sales of products, technologies and integrated solutions for the construction, maintenance and efficiency of infrastructures related to the transport and distribution of energy, data and material. The product portfolio consists of stringing equipment: machines such as puller & puller-tensioner, reel stands, reel winders, pulling rope, blocks and tools. Opportunity is waiting for YOU! Potential for career growth and development Supervisory Responsibilities: None Key Responsibilities: Manage invoicing processes. Handle vouchering and payment of vendors. Prepare and distribute reports including month-end. Prepare and analyze monthly profit and loss reports. Bank account management. Post incoming funds accurately. Assist with internal and external audits as needed. Oversee employee credit cards and monthly expense reports. Calculate and manage monthly commissions. Perform various accounting tasks as needed. Administer benefits including enrollments, changes, education, terminations, and monthly audits. Use BambooHR HRIS for managing employee data. Handle recruitment, onboarding of new hires, and termination processes. Manage performance management processes. Perform general office management duties. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Set up and manage email accounts for new and existing employees. Troubleshoot basic IT issues and liaise with external IT support when necessary. Ensure office equipment (printers, copiers, etc.) is maintained and functional. Manage software licenses and renewals. Perform other job-related duties as needed to support the company's operations. Education and Experience: Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field. Proven experience in both accounting and HR roles. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and technologies. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
