Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Business Operations Analyst to play a pivotal role in optimizing our financial processes and enhancing our marketing strategies. This role is critical in driving operational efficiency and business growth. This role will be responsible for a wide range of business operations tasks, including cash flow management, forecasting, and invoicing. It will also focus on systematizing and improving our marketing execution and ROI Responsibilities: Collaborate with the finance team to facilitate and automate cash flow management and financial projections. Manage monthly invoicing and oversee expense management to ensure accuracy and compliance. Lead multiple projects by setting goals, creating detailed plans and schedules, monitoring progress, and providing regular updates to stakeholders. Partner with the marketing coordinator to develop and implement B2B marketing campaigns across channels such as direct mail, email, and LinkedIn. Analyze campaign performance and quantify ROI through A/B testing and other methods. Contribute to lead generation efforts and drive marketing ROI improvements. Other operations duties as assigned Requirements: Essential Qualifications: Minimum of 4 years of experience in a business operations role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks Online. Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all organizational levels. Experience in B2B marketing using direct mail, email, LinkedIn, and other methods. Preferred Qualifications: Project management certification or experience. Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms. Work Hours Expectation: Ability to work full-time hours, with flexibility to accommodate additional hours when necessary. .
