Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server/Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, ensuring that guests enjoy their experience while providing high-quality food and beverages. Duties Engage with customers to take food and drink orders, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and server stations area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Handle POS transactions accurately and efficiently. Comply with health and safety regulations related to food handling and alcohol service. Assist with banquet or catering events as required. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or the food industry is preferred; bartending experience is a plus. Knowledge of retail math for accurate cash handling and inventory management. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Team player with a positive attitude who can contribute to a collaborative work atmosphere. Must possess food handling certification or be willing to obtain it upon hiring.
