General Description: Our Outside Sales Representatives will be responsible for achieving the defined sales objectives for the Apache Sprayer and other equipment within their assigned territory. They will ensure long term success by providing excellent customer service to the existing ownership base while executing sales strategies to increase market share and generate new business. Responsibilities Consistently achieve sales goals Deliver customer satisfaction Achieve profit objectives Develop and execute sales strategies for each assigned account Operate and demonstrate equipment and precision ag technologies with expert proficiency Target and recruit new prospects Negotiate sales transactions Develop and maintain positive business relationships with customers and prospects Maintain product knowledge Solve problems Maintain records and documentation as assigned Follow work process requirements as assigned Work in partnership with their Inside Sales partner to close deals Leveraging finance conversations to close deals Work Experience/Education Requirements Previous sales experience Ability to influence decisions and actions Self-motivated with initiative Goal oriented, results driven Communicate effectively, verbally and in writing Constructively work with fellow employees and customers Computer literate with general Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) Willingness and ability to learn specific applications related to work Professional College degree preferred Hours of work will vary greatly throughout the year and will reflect the needs of current sales opportunities and our customers. 40+ hour weeks should be expected with the potential for evening and weekend work to occur with little notice. The scheduling of most work should be flexible to the needs of the sales person. Most every day will require some amount of travel throughout the state. Overnight travel will occur but is not expected to impact more than 1 night per week. Tradeshow promotions and training opportunities will require some travel. It is not expected that this travel will impact more than 4-5 weeks per year once an initial training period is concluded. The work environment will be varied and dependent upon day-to-day needs of the business. One can anticipate a variety of driving, standing and movement.
