Overview Hotel experience required for this position. We will require this person to have worked in a hotel role like this previously. You will have limited supervision and need the skill set to make hotel room repairs. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment. This role will work daytime weekends and late afternoon, on call for emergencies. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining equipment functionality and safety standards while supervising maintenance activities. Duties Perform general hotel maintenance, making repairs as work orders are submitted. Troubleshoot mechanical issues and conduct repairs using various tools and techniques. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs performed and parts used. Collaborate with front desk and housekeeping to address maintenance needs promptly and efficiently. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment. Qualifications Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in hotels is required. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various types of maintenance problems. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to weld and perform basic fabrication tasks is desired but not required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.
