Our work environment includes: Modern office setting Responsibilities: - Receive and prioritize incoming calls from customers and drivers - Dispatch drivers to appropriate locations using GPS and fleet management software - Coordinate and communicate with drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods - Monitor driver progress and provide updates to customers as needed - Enter data into computer systems accurately and efficiently - Utilize GIS (Geographic Information System) to track driver locations and optimize routes - Maintain clear and effective communication with drivers, customers, and other team members - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations Experience: - Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation preferred - Familiarity with phone systems and phone etiquette - Strong data entry skills with attention to detail - Proficient in using GPS technology and fleet management software - Knowledge of GIS software is a plus - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
