Chief Financial Officer
Position Overview
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the company, providing strategic financial guidance, and overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support the organization's growth and operational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and operational objectives.
• Oversee the preparation of budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Conduct financial analysis and reporting to provide insights and recommendations for improving financial performance.
• Manage cash flow, investments, and capital structure to maximize financial health.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including cost accounting practices.
• Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Collaborate with other departments, including human resources, to align financial strategies with overall business objectives.
Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar financial leadership role, preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
• Exceptional financial analysis skills and experience with financial modeling.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with experience in human resources management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
