Event Planner, Arena
About the RoleBring your event planning skills to life in an arena setting! We're looking for a dynamic Event Planner who will lead the charge in managing exciting events from initial planning through execution. You'll work closely with various departments, like food & beverage, security, and guest services, to make sure every event is unforgettable for our clients and guests.
What You'll Do
Plan and coordinate logistics to ensure seamless events.Collaborate with teams on setup, ticketing, guest experience, and event staffing.Develop event diagrams and schedules, and distribute details to the team.Monitor event finances, handle settlements, and assist in ticketed event management.Be the go-to for client communication, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.Act as Manager on Duty when scheduled, handling guest safety and ADA protocols.Work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.Qualifications
1+ year of event planning experience, ideally in arenas or similar venues.Bachelor's degree preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CAD or drawing experience is a plus.Ability to work a flexible, sometimes demanding schedule.CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) and a valid driver's license.
