Key duties and details for Crop Care Specialist:
· Perform physical and skilled work in the care and maintenance of plant crops
· Utilize electronic trolley to access the plants at all levels
· De-leaf plants, truss prune, fruit prune, and lower plants
· Place all plant debris into the proper waste container
· Pay rate: $ 15.81
· Paid weekly
Qualifications for Crop Care Specialist:
· Must be able to work on a platform at a height of approximately nine feet
· Ability to work around bees
· Ability to stand and walk for extended period of time
· Ability to lift 25 lbs
· Diploma/GED
