Job Description
Job Title: Part-Time Games Producer
We are looking for a dynamic Part-Time Games Producer to lead and oversee the production of engaging games across seven of our web properties. As the Games Producer, you'll manage the entire process-from coordinating with editorial teams to the technical setup and quality assurance of each game-ensuring a smooth and successful launch of fresh game content every week.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Coordination: Work closely with editorial teams across multiple web properties to draft, review, and finalize game content through our workflow management system (Asana).
- Game Setup and Integration: Configure games in our gaming partner's back-end system and set up game pages within WordPress across all sites.
- Quality Assurance and Launch: Conduct thorough QA to ensure games are bug-free and meet quality standards prior to launch.
- Project Oversight: Track project progress, identify potential risks, and take corrective measures to keep projects on track.
- Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update stakeholders on project status, milestones, and performance metrics.
- Partner Coordination: Liaise with external vendors and partners to ensure smooth collaboration and efficient workflows.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management or the gaming industry.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with an ability to multitask effectively.
- Experience working independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with project management tools and software, including WordPress and Asana.
Additional Requirements
- Part-time availability with approximately 10 flexible hours per week.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering great work.
Compensation
- Hourly rate: $20 - $25, based on experience.
