Job Description
Core Responsibilities
• Production support - fault recovery, interim corrective actions.
• Permanent corrective actions – root cause analysis and program updates.
• Process improvements – tip dress optimization, tip change optimization.
• Training – share best practices, share knowledge with maintenance team, assist develop training materials.
• Researching and designing robotics systems
• Testing and troubleshooting to refine designs
• Specializing in the Industrial design, development, and implementation of robotic systems and technologies
• Working at the intersection of mechanical, electrical, and computer engineering
Qualifications
• Must have 5-7 years of experience in industrial robotics in automobiles
• ABB Programming knowledge and experiences.
• Demonstrated troubleshooting skills.
• Robot Studio knowledge and experience a plus.
• Training – share best practices, share knowledge with maintenance team, assist develop training materials.
Additional Information
• This position is to be on-site to support our customer’s Heavy Truck Division.
• Experience with the Core responsibilities supporting the assembly plants for any of the following industries will be considered: Heavy Trucks, Military Vehicles, Aircraft, Train, Automobile, large Agriculture equipment, heavy Machinery, or heavy Construction equipment.
