Overview: As a Project Manager at Pure Imagination Labs, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of immersive and interactive projects, from design through construction, technology procurement, deployment, logistics, and integration. You will ensure alignment with creative, technical, and financial objectives while managing teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget. Responsibilities: Project Management: Manage the entire project lifecycle, from design and planning to construction, technology procurement, and deployment. Develop project plans with timelines, resources, milestones, budgets, and deliverables. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (e.g., engineers, designers, vendors) to ensure efficient project execution. Oversee construction, logistics, and technology integration to meet project specifications. Identify and procure technology and infrastructure aligned with project goals. Ensure effective communication with leadership, clients, and cross-functional teams. Manage vendor engagement, including RFPs, selection, and oversight. Track project financials, including budget forecasting, spend analysis, and vendor payments. Facilitate status meetings, project reviews, and post-mortems for continuous improvement. Provide managerial support and guidance to the team, including preparing reports, presentations, and assisting in day-to-day tasks as needed. Construction & Technology Management: Oversee construction and installation phases, ensuring all deliverables meet project requirements. Manage procurement and integration of technology solutions and infrastructure. Resolve issues related to construction and systems integration. Oversee logistics and deployment to ensure smooth delivery and installation. Provide on-site support during key installation phases. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks impacting scope, schedule, or budget, particularly in construction and technology. Develop contingency plans for roadblocks or unexpected challenges. Document Management: Implement and maintain document control systems to ensure proper tracking and archiving of project documentation (e.g., contracts, blueprints, budgets). Conduct audits of document control processes for compliance and accuracy. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering is required or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum 7-10 years of experience managing complex projects involving design, construction, technology, and deployment or a similar role. PMP (Project Management Professional), PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification required. Solid understanding of construction management principles, logistics, and technology integration. Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace). Additional Qualifications: Knowledge with project management tools (Notion, Smartsheets, and JIRA) Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple complex projects efficiently. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. Required On-Site: This position is required to be performed full-time at Pure Imagination Labs worksite. Required Residence: This candidate must live or reside in the state of Kansas; or relocate within six (6) months of offered employment. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), medical leave, and a variety of other perks. A bonus and incentive plan may be provided as part of the compensation package, dependent on the level and position offered.
