Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Facility Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the workplace to ensure it meets the needs of Employees and supports the organization's operational efficiency. Job Expecations to include but not limited to: Coordination and monitoring of maintenance, cleaning, security, special events and other operational activities Developing and implementing maintenance schedules for office equipment and infrastructure, responding to emergencies, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations Managing relationships with contractors, service providers, landlord interactions Overseeing and handling space planning and office moves Handling mailroom operations, courier services between Owensboro locations via company vehicle as well as uniform distribution and inventory Ensures maintenance requirements for company vehicles are kept current and in safe working condition Requirements to include, but not limited to: Excellent Organizational skills Excellent Communication skills Excellent Problem-solving skills Keen eye for Attention to Detail Ability to multitask in a dynamic working environment Ability to maintain a positive attitude while managing multiple tasks efficiently Bachelor's Degree required or at least 5 years of Operations Management Join us as we strive for excellence in facilities management!
