**Job Overview:** We are seeking a skilled and experienced Certified Swing Cab Crane Operator to join our team. As a Certified Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment and machinery setting to load and unload goods. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with crane operation, heavy equipment operation, and mechanical knowledge. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working with machinery and are looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity. **Duties:** - Operate cranes and other heavy equipment to load and unload steal and other materials. - Safely navigate and operate heavy equipment and machinery, ensuring compliance with all safety protocols and regulations. - Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure proper function and identify any potential issues. - Dig and excavate sites as needed for construction and building projects. - Load and unload goods onto and from trucks, trains, and other modes of transportation. - Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure efficient and safe loading and unloading processes. - Perform other duties as needed to support the smooth operation of the warehouse. **Experience:** - At least 2 years of experience operating cranes and other heavy equipment. - Strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues. - Backhoe operation and dig experience. - Commercial driving experience and a valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License) is an asset. - Experience with rigging and heavy equipment operation. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances. - Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and other physically demanding tasks. **Skills:** - Certified Crane operation - Heavy equipment operation - Mechanical knowledge - Warehouse experience - Commercial driving - Backhoe operation - Digging experience - Shipping and receiving experience - Rigging experience - Ability to lift heavy objects - Strong problem-solving skills - Physical stamina - Ability to work in a team environment - Excellent communication skills If you have a passion for operating heavy equipment and are looking for a challenging and rewarding role, we encourage you to apply for this position.
