Working alongside crew members allows our managers to teach and lead by example. What Will You Do? Maintain a cooperative, professional, harmonious working relationship with management team and crew. Assist with crew member duties as needed. Recognize and adhere to all HR, sanitation, safety, cash, personal appearance, security policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant environment for all. Under the direction of the Senior/General Manager: · Supervise shifts · Train and develop crew · Provide coaching · Assist with controlling inventory, Food Cost Variance standards and manage labor costs. · Assist in maintaining building and equipment using proper operating, cleaning, and preventive maintenance procedures.
