Overview We are seeking a passionate and energetic Milkshake Maker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting delicious milkshakes and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers have an enjoyable experience while enjoying their favorite treats. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of milkshakes according to established recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the milkshake station and surrounding areas. Operate the Aloha POS system for order processing and cash handling. Provide friendly and efficient customer service, assisting customers with their orders and answering any questions they may have. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, following all cash handling procedures. Assist in inventory management, including restocking supplies as needed. Adhere to health and safety standards at all times. Skills Previous experience in a quick service fast food restaurant, café, or grocery store is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Basic knowledge of retail math for accurate cash handling and transactions. Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated. Aloha POS experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
