Administrative Assistant Position Purpose: The administrative assistant provides general office support to the agency. Essential Functions: 1. Monitor daily census reports for programs. 2. Prepare monthly and special requests for reimbursement to funding sources according to requirements and reporting deadlines. 3. Generate payroll summary. 4. Track vacation and PTO time for employees. 5. Review, create, and revise employee personnel policies and procedures. 6. Assist with compliance with state contract policies and procedures. 7. Have oversight of personnel files and documentation. 8. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: A minimum of two years of administration experience and a college degree preferred. Must demonstrate competency in Microsoft Office computer programs.
