Strong understanding of accounts receivable process from sales contract review, advance deposit tracker on prepaid accounts. Monitor guest ledger, city ledger and advance deposit ledgers for timely processing of payments and billing. Develop staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relations. Effectively support the maintenance of general ledger involving monthly balance sheet account reconciliations and review journal entries. Lead and continuously improve the daily process for efficiency and best practices. Complete knowledge and expertise on hotel and accounting systems to best support overall financial and operational processes. Assist DOF on projects and assignments.
