The Managing Broker will play a crucial role in leading our team of agents, ensuring compliance with all contractual and legal requirements, and overseeing the daily operations of the brokerage. This position requires a strong leader with a deep understanding of real estate practices, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for agent development and customer service. Key Responsibilities: Agent Management: Lead, mentor, and manage our team of real estate agents to ensure they meet their goals and uphold the company’s standards. Contract Compliance: Review and ensure all contracts are compliant with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies. Operational Oversight: Oversee the daily operations of the brokerage, including transaction management, office administration, and overall workflow efficiency. Training & Development: Provide ongoing training and support to agents, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge needed to succeed. Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues or disputes that arise, providing guidance and support to agents and clients. Reporting: Regularly report to the company leadership on agent performance, contract compliance, and operational matters. Qualifications Licensed Real Estate Broker: Must hold a valid broker’s license in [State]. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a brokerage management role. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, inspire, and manage a team of real estate professionals. Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of real estate laws, contracts, and regulations.
