JOB OVERVIEW: CareScape, a leading commercial landscape company is seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Maintenance Account Manager to join our team. As the Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of HOA landscape accounts and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of quality and customer service. RESPONSIBILITIES: Act as the primary point of contact for HOA landscape accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Conduct site visits to assess the condition of properties. Coordinate with field staff to ensure that work is completed according to the agreed-upon schedule and to the client's satisfaction. Monitor and manage budgets for assigned accounts, ensuring profitability and timely billing. Identify opportunities for upselling enhancements to existing clients. Attend onsite meetings and board meetings to build relationships with clients and promote our services. Approve time sheets for assigned crews, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll. Provide leadership and support to assigned crews, ensuring that they have the necessary resources to complete their work efficiently and safely. REQUIREMENTS: 3+ years of experience in commercial/HOA landscape management or related field. Proven track record of successfully managing a portfolio of accounts. Strong communication and customer service skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. (Preferred) Bilingual (Preferred) Knowledge of landscape maintenance and irrigation systems. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
