We are seeking a System Analyst II to identify areas for enhancement, deliver top-tier implementation and support services, and collaborate closely with business decision-makers to drive value at CCI, while managing and overseeing various applications. Responsibilities Design and develop custom objects within existing business systems to support new business processes. Develop, monitor, and maintain data integrations within business systems. Analyze and understand potential performance impacts of system changes, ensuring performance optimization. Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure system changes meet business process needs. Work closely with other IT teams to develop collaborative business solutions. Publish and communicate security and governance information related to managed business systems. Participate in requirements definition, analysis, and implementation of new business systems. Actively participate and help lead team meetings, grooming sessions, retrospectives, and group work. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for systems, processes, and applications. Prepare user manuals and training materials for end-users. Design system architectures and solutions that align with business requirements. Design and implement solutions for efficient integration of different software systems. Train others on new processes, support, and systems. Continuously build personal knowledge through education and training. Ensure all systems are secure and comply with current governance policies. Assist, train, and mentor Systems Analyst Level 1’s to develop their skills and knowledge. Maintain confidentiality of company information. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by management. Qualifications Associate or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Technology is preferred. 3+ years’ relevant work experience is required. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and a variety of web-based software applications. Experience configuring and administrating ERP systems is required. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Configuration experience highly preferred. Experience in low/No Code application development and support is required. Experience supporting processes including accounting, supply chain management, sales, invoicing, production applications, and project management is required. Experience with business process improvement. Experience with security and governance concepts and standards is required. Experience with data integration processes, best practices, and technologies is required. Experience with support and troubleshooting of business systems utilizing critical thinking to identify and resolve problems is required. Experience with Power Platform to include power apps, power BI, power automate, and power pages preferred. Experience with Power Platform Administration, Governance, and Development preferred. Experience supporting and standardizing the hiring, recruiting, and onboarding processes preferred. Experience with IT project tracking software such as Jira or Pivotal is preferred. Proven ability to self-motivate, manage time, and effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively work across various business and IT functions. Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks. Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment. The ability to embrace corporate values, understand the company vision, and exemplify CCI leadership behaviors. Shift is full-time Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST. Must be flexible and willing to work outside normal business hours as necessary.
