Job Description: As a Front Desk Guest Services Team Member, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere and providing outstanding service. You will handle guest check-ins and check-outs, respond to inquiries, and ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for all visitors. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor. Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently. Answer phone calls and handle guest inquiries, reservations, and requests. Provide information about the hotel, its services, and local attractions. Handle guest complaints and concerns with tact and professionalism, ensuring guest satisfaction. Maintain accurate records and manage the hotel’s reservation system. Assist with administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or customer service experience preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Must be fluent in English. Proficiency in using hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
